A permit is required to conduct a procession, parade, race, or other event on any public right-of-way consisting of ten (10) or more persons or five (5) or more vehicles. A route plan will need to be submitted with the permit application.
When a parade, procession, race or other similar event requires the closure of a street or intersection, a permit issued by the City will be required.
